Recruitment for Banks

Based on the indent from the bank we hire the resource and train them for 10 days on the desk activities where the candidate will be placed by the bank. However, other agencies recruit the candidate and provide to bank where the candidate may take minimum a month or so to understand the desk activities which can be reduced if you recruit through us.
Content/Manual Preparation for Banks
Prepare detailed manuals, policies, and operational documents customized for banks vis-a-vis extant regulations. Ensures manual supports staff at the bank to follow regulatory compliance, and consistent process implementation across branches.
We prepare Manual of Instruction based on the regulation and internal instructions. In the same line based on the manual we prepare the product wise Desk Card containing the desk activities which will help for the new staff sit in a particular desk for temporary or permanent postings.
